All IFC Fraternities Ranked April 2024 With Comments

Bored and unaffiliated guy here, but this is what I hear from the many different guys I know in many different frats:

1) DKE - Rich and from NY/areas surrounding. Undisputed #1, not much else to say
2) Hall - Solid rush this year. Rich, great darties
3) Zete - Rich and Southern. Solid rush this year, great late nights
4) Elmo - Rich and foreign. Decent rush this year, great parties.
5) Phi Psi - Very fratty, great darties and of course Phi Psychedelic
6) SAE - Solid rush, great darties and location
7) Sig Chi - Very good rush, on the up. Terrible location but great in everything else
8) Chi Phi - On the decline a bit. Decent rush though
9) SNU - Pretty much where they were last semester, good rush and live parties.
10) Beta - Good mixers, parties could be improved.
11) DU - Solid rush, good guys and solid parties. Under investigation but always manage to pull through
12) Pi Kapp - Solid rush, good guys and solid parties. Haven’t heard much else
13) D Sig - Nice new house and outside area, decent rush. Really cool sat house
14) Phi Society - Nice house, average rush though. Good darties though
15) Phi Delt - Girls love it here. Pretty big pc from what I’ve heard, great guys.
16) Chi Psi - Same comments as phi delt 💀
17) Serp - Nicest house on campus but still has a terrible reputation. A waste
18) AEPi - Really cool guys, not the greatest parties though
19) Pi Lam - Cool guys, good parties. Underrated.
20) A Sig - Decent guys, but in a nice house that they’ll probably lose next year and have a tiny
21) TKE - not heard much about them tbh
22) TDX - ^^
23) ATO - Lost their house to ASig this year, will probably get it back next year
24) Sig Pi - very small pc. Never been there so don’t know about their events
25) Phi Sig - Dead I think? Not sure
26) Sig Ep - ^^

Not on campus:
128 and KA. Would’ve put 128 at like 9/10 and KA at like 14/15. Both great darty frats, 128 with much better sorority relations, rep and location takes the cake here though
