PiKappp President looks oddly like a thumb?

I was at a pikapp party yesterday (sunday snarties go crazy) and I saw their president and he looks like a hammerhead shark's thumb. Is this physique attainable naturally?

His skull is very oddly shaped. Like its too big but also he got dropped on his head several times as an infant.

i think it has to do with how the UVA boys are so soft. little smooth brain activity going on. for real y'all wouldn't last a day where i'm from. peace
