Incoming first year rushing

I’m looking for top houses to rush next year. Are there particular houses that I should be looking for? I know Elmo, pika, etc are in tilka and are the top houses and I would love to get into one of those houses. Have applications opened up yet for next fall?

honestly, keep an eye on phi delt. they have been top 5 but their new PC has potential to make them top house
