So what do y'all think about Waynesboro?

So my dad told me after graduation might consider buying me a starter home in Waynesboro. What's y'alls thoughts? Is it too hick out there? Would be nice to start somewhere but kinda thinking for networkign NOVA might be better. Are there good frat networks in Waynesboro? Do y'all ever go there? Trying to decide if I should just ask for a house maybe somewhere else because I want to be close to grounds too and don't really like living in random places. IDK. how would you rank Waynesboro as a frat if it was a frat? sorry for the rambling lol this is just a really heavy topic and it's weighing pretty darn heavy on my mind tonight
