Edging before and during rush

Hey all, was on the swim team back in high school and before regionals every year we wouldn’t masturbate two weeks prior to the event because it built testosterone. Was wondering if I should apply the same technique to rush? Was thinking a small edge session before open house and then aggressively edging before brothers dinner? My only reservation is that I’ll fold mid event
