What Frats Have the Best IB Pipelines?
by: CommHardoSecond year transfer who’s trying to do comm and IB recruiting. What frats produce the most IB recruits? Really only want to surround myself with top bucket talent and make it big time. I’ve heard the Hall does well but I heard they also kidnap HR people and make them give hall kids spots or they die.

First off you shouldn’t join a frat bc only bc of a job, if you wanna do that then join like AKPSI. As for frats, the top few def send the most ppl to IB mostly bc a lot of them do finance and they are relatively pretty social people, but people in frats do well across the board, not just the top few

I think if you discount back the Hall’s small PC from last year and add back alumni connections, the moose, and other non-cash items you’ll find that their adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before IFC Trains Declan’s Ass) is very sustainable and a great option. However, they have too much leverage on their third year PC and have been experiencing slower growth as a result. In their favor, the market headwinds this year are strong.
