Why does TKE always self rank

With ATO on life support and not including PHI Sig, TKE is clearly bottom of the bottom yet always puts themself above it. They don't get mixers, they never fill, and have a mediocre house at best, and all their pc's are rejects from any frats right above them

Bro hating on TKE is crazy, they seem like nice guys. They’re similar to asig, pilam, and sig pi. In that they are a bottom tier fraternity and I have never seen anyone try to claim anything differently.
