why no poc in top srats?

just looking at their instas(kappa theta chi o etc) I don’t see any girls of color. anyone know the reason? Is it just that poc’s aren’t rushing or that they’re not giving them bids.

Love how whoever wrote this doesn’t care about underrepresented groups in sororities but instead just tried to sneak in Chi O as a top srat.

there are poc in top srats. to address your question, it's a combination of few poc rushing and few of those rushing being the right fit for a top srat. all i can say is don't expect to be a diversity recruit in a top srat UNLESS you have a lot going for yourself otherwise
