why no poc in top srats?
by: lemonsjust looking at their instas(kappa theta chi o etc) I don’t see any girls of color. anyone know the reason? Is it just that poc’s aren’t rushing or that they’re not giving them bids.

there are poc in top srats. to address your question, it's a combination of few poc rushing and few of those rushing being the right fit for a top srat. all i can say is don't expect to be a diversity recruit in a top srat UNLESS you have a lot going for yourself otherwise

looking at the rankings on here, they seem to be ranked near the top? is that not the case
