Do the top houses already have their PC'S filled?

First year here. Have been to a few dirty rush events for big 4 frats, but haven't really met a ton of guys. Hearing other first years are already locked in or commited to certain frats and actual rush hasn't even started. Is this normal/can you still you have a chance during formal rush?

100%. It’s a little harder, but is not as difficult as you think, each one of them will probably take like 3-5 non-dirty rush kids each

"filled" is a tricky word. some guys i know def joined after normal rush but truth is a lot of places have dirty rushees that they don't expect to join anywhere else. my guess is look at ur friend group and if none of them are going/d rushing top, you're probably not. also a lot of guys I know who dirty rushed top frats already dropped. better question is what are you looking for in a top frat?
