Frat rankings with descriptions

Tier 1: Elmo, DKE, Hall, and Zete
- I would say that dke and Elmo are on the upper half of this tier while zete is relevant through kappa and hall had a small pledge class
Tier 2: Phi Psi and SAE
- Both strong fraternities, have good late nights - not quite at the level of big 4
Tier 3: Chi Phi, Kappa Sigma
- Have decent brothers, but do not have lots of events, especially KSig
Tier 4: 128, Sig Chi, and Beta
- Most of the guys are similar, Sig Chi and 128 have thrown better parties but randoms get let into the majority of these fraternities' functions at a certain point
Tier 5: SNU, Theta Chi, PIKA
- Again, decent fraternities but the bigger parties end up with more randoms and in the end they do not have the same sorority relations that others do (non-arguable)
Tier 6: Everything else
- I could go on what I think about everything else, but nobody really cares because unless if you are genuinely friends with the guys in these frats, you probably won't hear about them because they are irrelevant
