What is Pi Phis reputation?

What’s the deal with Pi Phi? Like what are they known for and why are they ranked top mid? To be honest there are a couple girls from my high school in Pi Phi and they were really odd… I guess I don’t understand.

Not long ago, Pi Phi was the 4th or 5th best house. It would cross rush with Tri-Delt but recently it has rapidly fallen. They now cross- rush more with ZTA. A Phi and DG now are both stronger houses.
