REAL FRAT RANKINGS 2023

Top:
DKE, Hall
Zete, Elmo
Dke and Hall have the best post-grad relations, parties, attendance and overall have better groups of guys. Zetes and Elmos are slightly douchier.

Upper Mid:
Kappa Sig, Phi Psi
SAE, Sig Chi, Chi Phi

Ksig and Phi Psi consistenly has the better sorority relations than the other upper mid fraternities. Sig Chi is on the rise and has had consistently great PCs the past few years. Chi Phi still consistent and their quad position keeps them in the upper rankings

Mid:
Beta, Pika
SNU, Sammy
Solid fraternities, but worse sorority relations than the upper mid frats. Pika always has great upper sorority attendance especially with their proximity to Kappa, and Beta guys mix with a good group of sororities.

Lower mid:
DU, Phi Delt, Theta Chi
Cool guys in these but worse sorority relations that the mid tiers. Nothing too bad to say about these.

The rest

Argue in the comments everybody! I'm not in any of these fraternities so I don't have a dog in this fight.

Hall does in fact have good post-grad relations but attendance has been poor this year and their house is too small to have fun parties. They also had a bad rush year last year. Would swap them for Elmo or Zete or even have DKE/Elmo/Zete in one tier and Hall in the one below just because they're still on the social calendar .

Hall just isn’t on the same level as deke zete Elmo. 10 kid pc and terrible parties. Thank god first years will go anywhere so they can fill up some parties this year.
