Phi Delt is Rising

Met a bunch of these guys and they were awesome. Seems like they already have a good dirty rush process going and heard last year they were stealing kids from Zete and Elmo. Was at one of their parties and gotta say lot of kappas and lot of delts.

Honestly gotta agree here- super tight brotherhood, have some decent sorority connections, and are all pretty chill dudes. Wouldn’t be shocked to see them be consistently ranked top 15 next year
