Fall 23 Rankings with descriptions

Top in no order: Elmo, DKE, Hall, Zete
Hall had a small, weird PC this year. Other than that the top 4 really hasn’t and won’t change.

Upper Mid:
Phi Psi
SAE/Kappa Sig/Chi Phi
Sig Chi

Phi Psi is a bit above the rest. All mix with the same sororities and have great parties. Also more public school kids than top 4. Sig Chi is super far and has some weirder guys so a bit below but not by much.

Mid:
Beta
SNU
Sammy
Pika
Theta Chi

Less exclusive but still fun parties. SNU has big parties but just because they let anyone in. Theta chi has a weird rep and pika is just pika…

Lower Mid:
Phi Society/DU
Phi Delt/D Sig/Chi Psi
Pi Kapp

Lower:
A Sig/SERP/AEPi
Sig Pi/Pi Lam
SPE/TDX/TKE/ATO/Phi Sig

Would not recommend paying UVA priced dues to be in any of these
