Is serp really losing their house?

I heard some theta girls are living in the serp house next year bc serp cant fill it. Is this true?

This is real. Spoke with their president, “The Coach” who confirmed they will be selling the house to the Sigma Phi’s. Good riddance losers!

They r selling it to sigma phi (sigma phi and serp at the same thing btw). At UVA, sigma phi is called serp lol

Many they 55 but then too many third and fourth years SERPs went inactive or got kicked out so now SERP need warm bodies to pay dues in order to keep the house.
