Why the small PCs?

I heard that Beta and SNU had PCs of 30+, but a lot had really small pledge classes. Anybody know the exact numbers on DKE and Hall? Cause they looked tiny. Was this because frats cut too many people?

Guys just aren’t interested in those houses anymore. Things change but you wouldn’t know it from the “tiers/rankings” on this site. Don’t believe everything you read….
