Frat rush is embarrassing

Why do all the guys in frats here freak out over rush and get mad at their friends. Girls rush is so much more organized and difficult with rules and sororities lose girls to other sororities but they don’t get mad at their friends for it. It’s so strange to me why men here get so upset and stressed about rush and act like the world is ending!
