Sorority Initiation

Do all sororities have to start initiation right after bid day/when do sorority initiations start generally?

odd question, most sororities take at least 4-6 weeks before initiation. Aphi initiates within a week or two of bid day in hopes to keep everyone there before they realize what a toxic environment it is.
