kappa sig by virtue of they aren’t always posting on greekrank and making up rumors about getting a new house…

Kappa Sig by far. Better house location, mix with better srats (Sig Chi doesn't mix with Tri Delt, Kappa, Theta), and aren't social climbers. Only thing that Sig Chi has that Kappa Sig doesn't is more diversity
