What is the big 5?

Is it a srat or a frat thing? I'm confused . Hearing mixed things

Big 5 is neither a frat nor srat thing. For frats, the top tiers are DKE, Hall, Zete, and Elmo. For srats, the top tiers are Kappa, Tri Delt, and Theta. A Phi just likes to think they're top tier and they say there's the big five when we all know there has and always will be only three top srats at a time.
