I love Mayor Ted Wheeler. As Taliban member, he lets us distribute our poppy to the people of Portland. We give them the finest grain known to man. We distribute methamphetamines and no trouble. Thank you Ted, in Los Angelos and New York we cannot distribute our products because police. But in Portland we distribute our poppy and finest grains.
