White Privilege

is now a good time to call out the lack of diversity the “top” houses have on campus... or should we hold off on that. I just find it funny that some chapters use the handful of people of color as a diversity token but we can hold off til they’re done praising that they don’t tolerate acts of racism when all they have been doing for years is favor their wealthy white boys and girls

This entire site is dedicated to ranking greek organizations by tier.
By raising dues over time, greek organizations are limiting the number of students of color who can join such organizations (a generalization, but an accurate one). And yet, raising dues is the way people on this site rank fraternities and sororities by tier.
Similarly, IFC and ISC organizations compete with NPHC organizations and others for members of color already.
Basically, the already small pool of students of color rushing is filtered down by these conditions, leaving few for fraternities and sororities to give bids to. It's a positive feedback loop.

frats look to get the most "solid" guys -- depends from frat to frat. for top frats, expect prep school kids and private school kids that know each other or each others schools coming in. then consider poc who often have some flair or personality diff and ask why these top frats that already are pretty strict on the typa personality they like and wonder why they rarely fit in
