The Undisputed Top Four Frats

DKE - known for dke grain (miss this year sadly), considered to be the best frat at UVA, lots of northern lax bros from private schools, very rich
Elmo - lots of foreign rich guys, mixes with theta a lot
The Hall - known for their darties and late nights, arguably the easiest one to get into if you aren't on the list or don't have a wristband/QR code (because that's now a thing apparently)
Zete - the least known of the four, occasionally throw, lots of "smart" guys
