SPE, Phi Sig, TKE, TDX and maybe ATO are the only legit bottom tiers imo the rest all did pretty well with rush this year. Otherwise list is pretty good

Pi Phi recruited well, especially this year, whereas A Phi's last two PCs haven't been as strong (we all have heard of the snap bid fiasco this year). Pi Phi also still has strong frat relations, despite what people have said on this site

i dunno, not that it matters but I think the bottom needs some work. You've got some frats that are barely surviving mixed into that bottom tier with some that are doing quite well and had a big pc this year. Feel like you need to bump up the top two from the bottom to the low.
