Pika seriously underrated

Why is Pika not commonly ranked higher than Sig Chi and other upper mid frats? They may not be quite lower top but the ski party was super fun, their sorority relations are solid (DG especially) , and their new pc is great. If they were a bit closer to mad bowl Pika would easily be considered a taller Chi Phi.

They're on the way up but they still are considered mid tier. I will say their recent PCs are def strong and if things keep going the way they are now then they'll be up there.
