Status of SPE House

They own their horse but Sig Ep only recently recolonized and doesn’t have enough guys to get access to the house. They may have 10 guys total right now.
It’s was recently renovated and rented to Kappa while their house was being renovated. They told guys during rush that once they hit some major number, they will be able to move into the house but no way that’s happening anytime soon with their bad recruitment.
