i agree, it’s too bad cuz they used to be crazy here according to people i know and obvi house is nice. their nationals sucks so bad they should go independent

SigEp national sucks, any frats can easily make a comeback with good pledges if they have SigEp’s house. Even Chi Psi had a decent number with that terrible house before renovation.

It doesn’t matter, their alcohol policy is way dryer than beta and phi delt. Probably won’t be able to see them having any parties in that basement for a while

If they got more than two I’d be shocked. A decent amount of guys were interested but they couldn’t do anything in person, dry frat and can’t use the house until they have like 50 guys. Odds were stacked against them.

Kappa seems happy in the SPE house so why would they give it up? Pretty cool having a sorority with a satellite for kickbacks etc

Theta and Tridelt are some other groups that could afford to rent it when they eventually renovate their own houses.

my friend in ASig told me a few years ago they tried merging with SPE so they could actually have a good house but there was nationals bs since people were already initiated in asig. which is so dumb there are mergers all the time at other schools but i’ve never heard of one here

Sig nu (and I think maybe Theta chi too) took in a third year. KA has a few up there besides a 27 year old, pretty sure they have one or two other 25 year olds. I know Theta chi just took in a 24 year old too and apparently he's married. Tbh it doesn't really matter but it is definitely out of the norm
