The tiers are not changing. There may be movement within tiers, but no one is going from upper mid to top. No one is going from mid to upper mid. And no one’s going down a tier either. Girls take rush as an opportunity to post on GR to try to climb up or tear another down. Building on that, tiers don’t matter and are not the quality of people. They are simply social circles ordered by social calendars and frat relations (which are about how fun and sociable girls are and how much frats want to mix with them which involves reputation and connections)

DZ (DZ has a better rep and better social calendar than AXO and ZTA, but not up to par with upper mid so they are still mid but boosted and no I am not in DZ)

Aphi and dg are upper mid and have the same mixers and party invites. They get more than mid tier but less than top tier, hence they are upper mid. They also are both very sought after during rush. Pbp is with them again because the same social invites and relationships

Upper middle tier mixes with kappa sig sae and phi psi then also some of the mid frats so it’s one group. Lots of girls SIPped aphi and dg over the mid tier srats
