Don’t care too much about Open House
by: ZoomJust my advice as a guy who went through zoom open house last year, don’t give it too much weight and still try out all the first rounds you get back. Zoom rush is awkward as hell and you don’t really get a vibe for what you’re joining until you hang out with these guys in person. I honestly can’t even remember which fraternities I liked and didn’t on open house, but the picture gets much clearer as the next 2 weeks go on.

I wouldn’t be too worried about not hearing back from places yet, Fraternities aren’t technically supposed to contact you today but I assume more and more should come in as the day goes on and into tomorrow morning

I hope it's like one of those things were they'll invite you back as long as you weren't super weird and talked during open house since it's hard for us to know them and vice versa.

my frat had 230 kids at open house and we probably only cut like 60 or 70 people. First round is the first step where you really figure it out. In my three years in my frat, first round has always been around 160 kids, then it drops to around 70 for second round. Third round is anywhere from 30-40 kids, but first to second is really where the cuts happen.
