Best Open Houses First Night?

Which frat had the best open house for north houses? Personally I thought Theta Chi was funny. Sig Pi was meh.

Dsig been saying that before Chi Psi got refounded. Now Chi Psi just finished their renovation and there’s no sign of dsig even starting to renovate their house

Its actually starting in the summer, they're renting a house next year bc it won't be able to be used
