Sig Chi Open House

Anyone else think that Sig Chi open house was pretty lame and embarrassing? They barely had any brothers around - breakout rooms filled with 16 rushees and a single member. How was that possible? Didn’t they give 40 bids last year?

The brothers that were there were pretty boring and didn’t have anything of substance to say. Played that video over and over again and acted like they weren’t phoning it in. I even heard some of them mention some top frats, surely in an effort make themselves look good by association. Can already tell their PC is going to be weak, what a fall from grace.

They probably don’t care and are phoning it in bc their FOA was suspended

Maybe since I went earlier on, I was able to get a bit of time to talk to some brothers and have decent conversation, funny group of guys that seemed like they all liked each other. Video was kinda weird though yeah

So is Sigma Chi a legitimate fraternity or not?

Are they a member of the IFC and recognized by UVA with a FOA or not?

Dude if their zoom link was on the IFC spreadsheet they are part of the IFC and are recognized by UVA.
