Realistic Rush Ranking

Alright there’s a ton of BS rankings going around, and this is going to be short because it’s easy to actually group houses based on how they rush. This is purely based on how houses rush. Not every house is on here, only keeping it to what I know

Top (houses that pretty much have their spring PC locked in):
DKE, Elmo, Hall, Zete, Ksig, SAE, Phi Psi(?)

Mid (houses that took dirty rush seriously, they know who they want to take but will probably lose some to top houses and will take kids from traditional rush):
Chi Phi, Fiji, Beta, Sig Chi, Pika, KA, SigNu

Rushees, if you’ve been out of the loop on dirty rush then your best bet is to concentrate on mid and lower (not listed, doesn’t mean they’re not worth rushing, they just don’t have a large presence in dirty rush, or they’re serp)

Ksig, SAE and Phi Psi are hovering between the two tiers but otherwise yes this is perfectly described

heard chi phi and fiji pretty much have their pledge classes already too like at least more than the others in that middle tier
