They’ve always done costumes every Halloween I think it’s just their thing to do a weird costume. Other PC did one too

pi phi is falling apart. They were holding on by a thread of tradition. Eventually people, like we look at legacy, decided to see them for the now. Pi phi is interchangeable with AXO and Zeta these days.

Yeah adpi, pi phi, axo, and tri delt everyone really does seem to get along and spend a lot of time together even when not partying. Good friends.

uva does a good job of having a good sisterhood in a lot of srats but most people agree that tri delt, pi phi, axo, and adpi have some of the closest girls!
