Sig Chi Troubles

Sig Chi can only afford to give half a bid this year and is soon to be disassociating from nationals. They have a beautiful house but it’s out in the boondocks. Is the floor collapsing under Sig Chi, will they drop right through the mid-tier?

Is sigma chi on probation for rush? Can they do rush events or take a full PC?

I'm a legacy but don't want to waste me time if they are getting kicked off or whatever

According to OFSL, Sigma Chi lost their FOA with UVA.

Does that mean Nationals is recognizing them (they have a charter) but that UVA does not??

On the OFSL website it only says their FOA was suspended for Fall 2021, does that mean it’s been reinstated for this semester? I feel like it would be bigger news if they still were suspended for Rush

If they don't have a FOA then they can't be part of the IFC

If they aren't part of the IFC then they can't do formal recruitment through the IFC

Check the chapter conduct history on OFSL. Their FOA is still suspended until the end of this semester.

What Sig Chi did is now confidential but it involved things that "most frats" didn't do and would not ever do
