Rules during rush?

How strict is the no socializing with boys rule during rush? Am I allowed to casually hang out with guy friends? Also does this and the no drinking rule start during round robins or pref day?

Most people during rush are too tired to go anyway and just do wine nights in apartments but you can def casually hang with guy friends it’s not like they’ll be following you 24/7
