Yeah, but only some of them use the basement for party. Mostly frats have their party on the first floor

kind of—more people are gonna naturally rush places that are more visible and big house/renovated/good location helps and it gets more people talking about you around grounds. like there are frats who would prob move up if they exchanged houses with others and others who would fall if they didn’t have prime location. but you’re not immediately top for being on rugby/madison you need to rush cool guys and throw down otherwise it’s useless having a cool house

i personally think yes because chi psi’s new house has helped them a lot in a short amount of time, but like other poster said you can’t just rely on that like serp or even DU

people won’t admit it but it’s true. no one would talk about half the frats if they weren’t on mad bowl and if you put another frat there in their place no one would notice
