Theta Chi on the quad

I doubt that. Sig chi has put so much money into their current house and the serp house is falling apart

Move would make sense, since SERP is practically bankrupt and can't keep the house up to UVA standards for on-campus properties, safety, etc.
They have some really rich alumni though.

Kappa is not broke, it's just that they gave the first millions dollars they raised to UVA to renovate the Rotunda
