Heard Theta Chi might get Serp's house. Is that true? If that happens will they be on the rise because of the better location?

sig chi just renovated their house and theta chi is broke they can only afford like 1 event a month

Move would make sense, since SERP is practically bankrupt and can't keep the house up to UVA standards for on-campus properties, safety, etc.

They have some really rich alumni though.
