What frats are rising/falling

What frats do you guys think have been rising or falling? I think Pi Kapp and Beta have fallen off a lil bit and I lowkey think Pika and Sig Nu are on the way up

Agreed except I feel like Beta hasn't really fallen off. I think Sammy might be on the rise a little bit too

Apparently like 10 years ago they almost went under so they’ve risen a lot to where they are now lol. I have many friends in different frats and there are many houses with way creepier dudes than them, seems like people just like to use serp as an attention scapegoat and keep the conversation revolved around stuff from their shady past
