Chi Phi and Theta Chi

Whenever people post frat reps, it's always mixed bag for Chi Phi and Theta Chi. Does anyone have a more accurate description of what they're like or are most of them just all over the place?

Chi Phi is full of virginia beach kids, some cool, some wack just depends. bottom of the upper mid, but think they're cooler than they are.

Chi Phi has a case of "I think Im cool, therefore I am cool" In actuality its just a bunch of annoying Virginia Beach dudes lol
