Theta = wealthy, hot with a few exceptions, northern, historically elite, sratty
Kappa = wealthy, hot with a few exceptions, southern, historically elite, sratty
DDD = hot, wealthy, historically elite, sratty

Upper mid - Pi Phi, A Phi, DG
Pi Phi = not sratty, historically elite, mostly hot
A Phi = hot, somewhat sratty, not historically elite
DG = very sratty, mostly hot, not historically elite
