These are the top 10 frats almost a month into the 2021 fall semester. This list was not made only on how well they throw parties (even though that is a huge factor), but the quality of their brothers, reputation, house, philanthropy, and especially the sororities they mix with:

Underrated "Lower Tier" Frats (cool dudes that just need a bigger social scene):
DU, Phi Society, Aepi, Pi Kapp
Overrated "Higher Tier" Frats (not so great brotherhoods that get way too much recognition just for their parties):
Elmo, Fiji
