outta state advice

i went to an out of state public high school and plan to rush next semester, and ive heard that id be at a considerable disadvantage rushing certain frats. idrc bout “rank”, im just tryna find cool guys that i can have a good time with, but figured I’d see if i could come on here to get an idea of which frats a guy like me shouldnt bother rushing
