go where you fit in

by: to new girls

Speaking from experience tier and rank do not matter. The only difference is who you mix with and the parties you may go to. When I rushed I meshed well with a sorority many on this site would call "low tier." But I am happy where I am and just because I am not in a "top" sorority does not mean I do not get invited to "top" frats. When rushing my friends disliked the sorority I liked and that is OKAY. Go where you vibe with the girls, at the end of the day they all have nice houses, catered meals, and the SAME events at the SAME venues (formals, date functions, etc).

Probably nothing worse that having to spend four years with people you don't like and have to pretend to like just because.... "status"

A lot of PNMs waste their time on srats where they would be unhappy. Formal recruitment makes these things very awkward.
