Phi Mu coming to UVA

Phi Mu is not coming to UVA. Why would we want a weak National to come to UVA when we have at least 2 "Lower Mid Tier Chapters" (God, I hate that term.) that are National powerhouses? I'm talking about ADPi and Kappa Delta. Both are extremely well respected in the NPC world and each have over 160 active chapters. Anyone at UVA should be glad to have the chance to be a member of either of them and could talk proudly about being a member anywhere in the US and be viewed with respect.
Next is Chi Omega which has 181 active collegiate chapters and over 100,000 more alumni members than any other NPC group. So, they are even bigger than the first two and also command great respect in the Greek world.
Why would you want to bring on a weaker sorority like Phi Mu or AOPi that will be Bottom Tier for at least 5 years after they are founded with no guarantee of rising any higher? Let's all just do a reality check and appreciate the fabulous Sororities that we already have at UVA. It would take just a few "enlightened" women to take a chance on ADPi and KD to help them reach Middle Tier status.

Ok the alum who hangs out on here needs to stop promoting Phi Mu returning as the magical alternative we need at UVA. Phi Mu is not happening here. Phi Mu is not relevant outside of the deep south. Let's be realistic and build the sororities we already have and stop the toxic "bottom tier" bashing.

You sound... weird. No one really cares about nationals and how many chapters there have. This isn't the SEC.
