I didn’t rush a fraternity as a first year

I didn’t rush my first year, will I be able to get a bid in a frat as a 2nd year? Do a lot of 2nd years rush or is it mainly first years who get bids?

It’s majority 1st years that rush but there’s a fair amount of 2nd years as well. It definitely doesn’t hurt your chances or anything if you’re a 2nd year
