Fall IFC rush as a transfer

How competitive is rushing a fraternity as a transfer student. I don't know too many people who currently go to UVA and I am hoping to rush first semester if I get in. Do all the frats take fall PCs?

there is no fall rush for IFC frats at UVA except for colonizing which is year-round

It's usually ones the ones desperate for pledges though
