This is dumb. To have a whole charter get pulled involves evidence of institutional complicity which is a lot of proof. Easy to pin it on one or two girls and kick them out rather than than lose a whole charter. Happens all the time, like aphi at Virginia tech.

This is pretty good but too many levels. Really there are 3 tiers, top, mid and lower. XO is solidly mid and should move up. Hard to rank within tiers, esp with DDD, APhi, and DG having rough PCs this year.

Not ranked within tiers:

Theta/Tridelt/Aphi/PiPhi (and Kappa if not kicked)

DG/DZ/ZTA/AXO/XO

ADPI/SK/KD/SSS/GPB
