Face it, some PCs are better than others and it changes by year. What does usually stay the same is that there are 3 tiers at UVA, top, mid and lower, not ranked within tiers:

KAT/DDD/KKG/PiPhi/APhi
DG/AXO/DZ/XO/ZTA
SK/ADP/SSS/KD/GPB

The srats in each tier are very comparable overall. Some will have better PCs and some will have worse ones, like DG did this year, but one year alone isn't enough to change a srat's tier. This is why more detailed rankings don't make sense long term.
